Nikita Choudhari is Director, Syndications & Partnerships at Peoples Trust, where she leads national origination and syndication efforts across CMHC-insured and conventional commercial real estate financing. She works closely with developers, investors, and borrowers to structure financing solutions across all major asset classes, while partnering with banks, credit unions, institutional investors, and debt funds to deliver capital for construction, bridge, and term lending opportunities across Canada.
With over eight years of experience spanning real estate finance, private credit, and capital markets, Nikita has worked across the full capital stack throughout North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Across her career, she has originated, underwritten, and managed credit exposures within portfolios exceeding $20 billion. Prior to joining Peoples Trust, she was a member of RBC Capital Markets’ Real Estate Capital Partners team, providing debt financing solutions to real estate private equity funds. Nikita holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from New York University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
