Eric Horie joined Kincroft Capital in October 2026 as Partner, Head of Debt Investments, and is responsible for sourcing commercial and multifamily mortgage financing opportunities across Canada and the United States. Eric leads a team focused on originating, underwriting, and structuring lending transactions in North American growth markets.
Eric brings nearly two decades of lending, underwriting and transactional experience in both real estate and diversified industry. Prior to joining Kincroft Capital, he was with Trez Capital, where he held progressively senior leadership positions, and ultimately served on the executive leadership team. Earlier in his career, Eric was with BMO’s Commercial Banking Group, where he held a variety of roles, including leading a team of diversified industry lenders. His real estate lending experience spans a broad range of transactions, including high-leverage, construction, term, bridge, owner-user, multi-lender syndications, and joint offerings with mezzanine lenders.
Eric holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
