Najib Raie is President of Prima Living, one of Canada’s fastest-growing senior living and healthcare platforms. He leads the company’s national strategy across acquisitions, development, partnerships, operational transformation, and capital deployment.
Under his leadership, Prima Living has expanded to more than 1,187 suites across 14 communities, with a significant national growth pipeline. Najib is focused on building a scaled, high-performing platform that combines strong real estate fundamentals, exceptional operations, and high-quality care.
With more than two decades of executive leadership experience, he has led complex growth initiatives spanning M&A, real estate development, healthcare, public-private partnerships, and operations, including multi-billion-dollar portfolios and budgets.
Najib serves as a Director at Large on the Board of the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA) and previously served on the Board of the BC Senior Living Association. He holds an MBA from the University of Victoria, a Bachelor of Commerce from Royal Roads University, and a Diploma in Project Management from the University of British Columbia.
