Oliver Tighe, AACI, P.App, is Executive Vice President at Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services and leads the firm’s national self-storage practice. He is a trusted advisor to Canada’s major self-storage owners and operators, lenders and investors, with assignments spanning the country. Since 2016, Oliver and his team have valued more than 1,000 self-storage properties. He also ranks among Colliers’ top-producing valuation professionals in Canada.
With nearly 20 years of commercial real estate valuation experience, Oliver brings deep sector knowledge and a national perspective to acquisitions, financing, development feasibility and portfolio strategy. His work across individual properties and national portfolios provides a practical understanding of self-storage values, operating performance and local market conditions.
Oliver earned his AACI designation in 2010 and holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC Sauder.
