Mike is a senior leader in Forum’s Real Estate business, overseeing Investments and Asset Management.
Mike brings over 15 years of real estate investment and transaction experience, including roles in investment banking, transactions advisory and valuations. He has completed more than $20 billion of real estate transactions across a breadth of asset classes, including residential, student housing, seniors housing, self storage and large-scale developments. His experience spans a wide array of transaction types, including asset acquisitions/divestitures, financings, joint-venture formation and M&A. Prior to joining Forum, Mike was a Managing Director at BMO Capital Markets within their Real Estate Investment Banking team. Mike holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and is a designated AACI member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
