Sarah Segal

Sarah Segal co-founded simplydbs, the industry leader in circular feedback solutions and surveys across all asset classes. She currently focuses on simplydbs’ business development initiatives and fostering innovation in the products that are changing how demand data is generated at property level. Sarah has worked in the industry for some 20 years. Prior to co-founding simplydbs, she held senior roles at Informa PLC, RealNet (subsequently Altus) and CBRE. Sarah has a broad range of experience including transactions, consulting, data generation and research. Her commitment to the real estate industry has seen her as the recipient of numerous awards including WLI Champion and NAIOP Developing Leader Award. Sarah has given back throughout her career with volunteer and board positions including United Way, JDRF, Canadian Lodging News, UJA, Forest Hill Jewish Center, RHA, NAIOP (Toronto & Corporate) and more.
