Henry Chung

With deep expertise in multifamily real estate, Henry has over 12 years of commercial financing experience in banking and mezzanine funds and brings expertise in both conventional financing structures and non-traditional debt to his role. Working with developers and investors across Ontario, Henry has helped finance a range of multi-unit residential properties with loans ranging from $5 million up to $200 million, including CMHC-insured construction financing with the MLI Select program. Henry is proud to be part of the entrepreneurial culture of First National’s commercial division, one of the largest non-bank lenders of insured multi-unit residential mortgages in Canada.
