Hero Mohtadi is a senior real estate executive who has spent more than two decades building and scaling multi-residential platforms across North America. As Executive Vice President, Property Management at Drake Property Management, which she joined in November 2025, she leads the growth and performance of the platform, aligning operations with asset strategy, driving consistency and scalability, and positioning the organization for its next phase of expansion.
With over 23 years in the multi-residential asset class spanning institutional, private, and public sectors in Canada and the United States, Hero brings deep expertise across strategic planning, acquisitions, development, and operations. She has a proven track record in Purpose-Built Rentals (PBRs) and Value Add properties, creating long-term value through targeted repositioning and disciplined capital investment. Prior to Drake, she held senior leadership roles at Dream, Hazelview Properties, and Bentall Kennedy, building high-performing teams and operating platforms through periods of rapid growth.
A recipient of the 2024 Women in Real Estate (WIRE) National Award and a Board Member of WomanAct, Hero is recognized as a transformative, people-first leader whose impact extends well beyond operational performance to the communities she serves and to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across the industry.
