With more than 20 years of experience, Damon has a proven track record of building and scaling commercial real estate platforms across Canada. He is recognized for combining strategic vision with practical execution to grow networks, strengthen market presence, and drive measurable business results.
At REMAX Canada, Damon is focused on formalizing and elevating a nationally connected commercial platform that enhances advisor credibility, drives referral activity, and supports consistent execution across markets. His approach centres on creating a network that is locally owned and nationally connected, designed to compete at the highest level of the industry.
Earlier in his career, Damon held roles with Brookfield, SNC-Lavalin, Second Cup Coffee, and Cushman & Wakefield, where he advised on and executed transactions for clients including Bell Canada, Metrolinx, GoodLife Fitness, and Candu Energy.
He is the recipient of the NAIOP Real Estate Excellence Award and has been recognized as one of BuzzBuzzMedia’s Top 100. Known as a connector and industry builder, Damon continues to play an active role in shaping the future of commercial real estate in Canada.
