Derick Fluker

Derick oversees the Income Producing Property (IPP) division. His entrepreneurial mindset, creative problem-solving, and strong emphasis on relationships have been instrumental in his success. Before joining Wesgroup, Derick co-founded Form Real Estate, a boutique commercial brokerage specializing in project leasing and development land. Derick is an active industry advocate, serving on the Canadian Chamber of Commerce’s Housing and Development Strategy Council, the board of NAIOP Vancouver, and the NAIOP national advocacy group.
