Andrew is a seasoned real estate executive and the Managing Director, Vancouver at Colliers, bringing over two decades of experience in investment, leasing, and asset management. He has a proven track record of overseeing diverse property portfolios across Canada, and is known for his analytical approach, collaborative leadership, and ability to deliver value in complex transactions.
Before joining Colliers, Andrew was Vice President, Western Canada at KingSett Capital for the past decade, where he was responsible for the performance of equity investments across all asset classes in Western Canada. His earlier roles include senior leadership positions at Primacorp Ventures and Cressey Development Group, where he managed national portfolios spanning education, commercial real estate, seniors care, resorts, retail, office, industrial, and residential assets.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with distinction from the University of Victoria and serves on the board of NAIOP Vancouver as the National Task Force Liaison.
