Deborah Casper Stone

Deborah is the CEO of Connect Homes, a prefabricated home builder, building homes since 2012 and a recent transplant to Mesa, AZ. Before assuming the role as CEO of Connect Homes, Deborah served as the company’s CFO, guiding accounting and finance, IT, HR and operations. Since moving to CEO, the business has opened a new factory 3x larger than our previous and allowing Connect Homes to move from building one home at a time to 3, and she has more plans to continue to accelerate the growth of the business. She is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of financial and operational experience. Deborah has helped to lead private and public entities specializing in construction, real estate (commercial REIT), agriculture, solar, transportation, bio tech and healthcare. She holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting from Goldey-Beacom College.
