Stan brings over 30 years of experience focused in Healthcare projects for industry leading clients in the United States and beyond. Human Experience and Effective Operations are the twin pillars of this work. He is a leader in Lean Design and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), and is driven by the power of respect for people and continuous improvement. Stan is a collaborative leader, motivated to assemble and direct high performing teams to serve fundamental human needs in innovative ways. Stan is DBIA certified, LEED accredited, and serves on educational, healthcare, and professional boards including the Lean Construction Institute. He has lectured extensively and authored numerous articles on Lean Design, prefab, architecture, and healthcare delivery.
