Paul Alexa-Janzen is a Senior Account Executive, Senior Living with Yardi Canada, where he works with senior living organizations across Canada, supporting their sales and account management needs.
Paul’s career in senior living began at a young age. His father was a Maintenance Manager at a senior living community located next to the family home—a community where his mother now resides. That early connection grew into a career spanning nearly three decades in the senior living sector.
Throughout his career, Paul has held a wide range of roles within senior living, giving him a broad, firsthand understanding of the people, operations, and challenges that shape the industry. While he has not served as an Executive Director or nurse, he has experienced virtually every other aspect of senior living operations.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. After spending time in the financial and software industries, he returned to senior living, bringing together his industry experience, technology expertise, and passion for helping organizations adapt and thrive in an evolving sector.
