Dannon Shiff is a seasoned real estate professional, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Dave’s Hot Chicken. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the expansion of the rapidly-growing fast-casual restaurant chain across the globe. Since joining, Dannon has helped the brand grow to over 440 locations in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Dave’s Hot Chicken, Dannon spent time at Macerich, one of the largest owners, operators, and developers of major retail real estate in the United States. During his tenure at Macerich, Dannon played a critical role in leasing, and management of numerous high-profile real estate projects.
Before Macerich, Dannon held senior roles in real estate development at Buffalo Wild Wings and Noodles & Company. In these positions, he was responsible for helping drive the growth and expansion of these successful restaurant chains across North America.
Dannon earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Colorado at Boulder. He has also been actively involved in numerous industry associations throughout his career, including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
