Virginia Rae Senior is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background spanning architecture, urban design, art, and culinary arts. Graduating with a degree in architecture from Arizona State University in 1985, Virginia embarked on a dynamic career that has taken her across the United States.

Following her graduation, Virginia gained invaluable experience working in architectural firms in Los Angeles and Boston, honing her skills and expanding her knowledge in the field. In 1992, she made the pivotal decision to relocate to Phoenix, AZ, where she found her passion for creating sustainable, community-focused spaces that enhance the beauty and livability of neighborhoods.

With over 30 years of experience in commercial and multi-family architecture, Virginia has established herself as a seasoned leader in the industry. Specializing in creative solutions to infill and urban housing, she brings a fresh perspective to every project she undertakes. Virginia is known for her innovative approaches to design, which prioritize functionality, aesthetics, and the unique character of each neighborhood.

Since joining CCBG in 2014, Virginia has made significant contributions to the architectural landscape. Her portfolio boasts over 600,000 square feet of commercial and retail developments, showcasing her expertise in design, construction documents, rezoning, entitlement, and problem-solving.
