By continuously monitoring the trends and changes within this unique niche of the net lease market, Scrivner has proven himself as a knowledgeable resource to owners and buyers of healthcare properties.
Since then, Scrivner’s team has closed 211 deals representing over $1.5 billion in healthcare real estate transactions.
