Jake Dinnen

Jake has over 20 years of medical real estate development experience spanning 55 Medical Office Building, 15 states for nearly 4.1 Million square feet of developed and acquired projects.  Over his career he has worked with thousands of physicians from some of the greatest health systems in the country. In his current role, Jake is responsible for overall project development which includes deal documents, project underwriting, acquisition, business development and creating service line strategy for each asset.
