Shannon Wilson is an Associate Director sitting out of Berkadia’s Miami office. In this role, Shannon is focused on sourcing the best deal terms and financing structures for clients to meet their operational and financial objectives. As a capital markets expert, she has worked with over 50 lenders to close transactions in 28 states. Since joining Berkadia in 2016, Shannon has been directly involved in more than $6 billion of capital placements and has experience with acquisitions, refinances, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, and construction loans across virtually all asset classes.
Shannon is a graduate of The Florida State University where she earned a B.S. in Real Estate and Risk Management Insurance. She is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, National Multifamily Housing Council, Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, CREW Miami and the Urban Land Institute.
