Robert (“Robbie”) Hull focuses on land use, natural resources, and environmental law matters across various industries, including renewable energy and urban development.
Robbie counsels clients through the land use entitlement process in the areas of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), State Planning and Zoning Law, the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act, and other state and federal laws related to land use and resource issues in California. He has assisted clients in developing housing and mixed-used projects, commercial projects and renewable energy projects. Robbie also has significant experience defending land use approvals and environmental review documents in post-approval challenges.
