Julie Sommese is the Illinois Managing Director for PACE Equity.
Julie’s customers will benefit from her extensive commercial real estate experience. For over 25 years, Julie has been working in the industry, across asset classes and complex capital stacks. Julie served as the Chief Lending Officer for a community bank in the Chicagoland area. She has experience with many types of projects including multi-family, multi-use, hospitality, retail, and industrial.
Julie holds a BS from Purdue University. She and her family enjoy life on a “hobby farm” in Illinois.
