Peter Margolin has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, particularly in the financing of commercial real estate. His expertise includes real estate financing, commercial mortgages, and real estate economics.
Throughout his career, he has originated more than $4 billion in commercial real estate mortgages. Prior to joining Alliant Credit Union, he served as Regional Director at Money360 where he opened the first office for Money360 in the Midwest. Before that, he served in senior leadership roles at PennyMac Commercial Real Estate Finance, Centerline Capital Group, Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LaSalle Bank, and JP Morgan Mortgage Capital.
Peter Margolin obtained his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin’s Madison School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin.
