Jim Bulsiewicz is Vice President of Arizona Multifamily at Evergreen, where he leads the firm’s multifamily development platform across the state. He is currently overseeing two multifamily communities under construction totaling 482 units.
Mr. Bulsiewicz brings more than a decade of experience spanning real estate development, corporate real estate, and construction. Since joining Evergreen, he has successfully led the development and disposition of two multifamily communities in the Phoenix metro area, totaling 582 units and $163 million in value.
Prior to Evergreen, Mr. Bulsiewicz served as a Director at Hines, where he played a key role in the development of more than $350 million of real estate projects across Arizona.
