Paul Hachigian

Paul Hachigian is a Director on the Originations team at Thorofare Capital where he is responsible for supporting the originations and credit teams. His duties include deal screening, property analysis and loan sizing. Prior to joining Thorofare in 2017, Paul worked on CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance team based in San Diego, CA. His additional analytical support consists of preparing credit memos, performing due diligence, and reporting market trends. Paul graduated with a B.S. in Real Estate Development from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California.
