Jesse Schmidt

Joining TheGuarantors in 2017, Jesse brought with him seven years of experience as a top NYC real estate broker and was drawn to the opportunity to modernize real estate through innovative solutions and creating a better experience for operators and renters. As SVP of Sales, Jesse oversees partnerships with many of the largest multifamily owners and operators in the Tri-State area, including The Related Companies, Tishman Speyer, LeFrak, and Bozzuto. Under his leadership, the team has exceeded revenue and enrollment goals in each of the past seven years, resulting in partnerships with over 2.5 million units nationally.
