In his role on the Real Estate and Facilities team, Jake is responsible for overseeing strategic outpatient developments, facility modifications, and process improvements. Jake works closely with his team to help provide the highest quality of healthcare to the communities we serve.
Hoag’s real estate portfolio consists of approximately 3 million square feet and includes a diverse range of facility types, including two acute-care hospitals, sixteen urgent care centers and eleven health centers. Hoag’s facilities have received numerous awards for design and sustainable operations.
Prior to joining Hoag, Jake was a Construction Manager for 6 years with California Commercial Real Estate Services. Jake has a degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA from USC.
