Brooke C. Richartz is a Managing Director and Senior Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with JPMorgan Chase’s Commercial Term Lending (CTL) team within the firm’s Commercial Real Estate business.
In her role, Richartz manages loan originators in the Northeast region who provide financing on multifamily properties. She also provides end to end strategic direction, encompassing marketing, pricing and operations. Richartz joined JPMorgan Chase in 2006 as a Loan Consultant and has led various operations, functional and credit teams, while serving as a leader and inspiration to women in the industry.
She received an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University’s Zarb School of Business. She also has a BBA in Finance and Business Management from the same institution.
