Todd Dumaresq is Vice President for Toll Brothers City Living in NYC and oversees all phases of the division’s residential/mixed-use developments in New York City from pro forma and design through construction, pricing, sales and marketing, settlements, and warranty. Notable projects include 55 West 17th, 100 Barrow, 91 Leonard, 121 East 22nd Street, 77 Charlton, and The Rockwell.
Todd has also worked for Rockfarmer Properties, where he ran development and construction. During his time at Rockfarmer, Todd developed a 46-unit condominium in Astoria, Queens, gut renovated two retail spaces into an office space for the company, and helped purchase a 130,000-square-foot office building in need of repositioning.
Prior to moving into development, Todd worked on the marketing and advertising side of the business, overseeing the marketing for Toll Brothers City Living and, before that, working with numerous NYC developers and owners.
Todd holds a BA in English from the University of Maryland.
