Scott Sumida

Scott Sumida is a Director on the Originations team at Thorofare Capital, where he is responsible for sourcing, screening, structuring, and underwriting commercial real estate debt opportunities. In his role, Scott works closely with borrowers, brokers, and capital markets participants to source and evaluate new lending opportunities. He also oversees the entire transaction process to help ensure efficient execution from initial screening through closing.

Prior to joining Thorofare Capital, Scott was a Certified General Appraiser within CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services division. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
