Noémie Lefebvre is a Senior Director in Savills’ Montréal office, where she brings nearly 15 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Savills, she led a team of advisory professionals at Altus Group, where she advised developers, investors, and property owners on the execution of large-scale real estate projects across Québec.
Noémie is a designated member of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec (OEAQ) since 2015 and is a licensed commercial real estate broker with the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ). She is also actively involved in the industry as a speaker and moderator at major events, including the Real Estate Summit, the Multi-Residential Forum, and conferences organized by the Urban Development Institute of Québec. She has contributed to several industry publications, including Commercial Real Estate Magazine, and is actively engaged in her community through organizations such as Mission Bon Accueil, the FRDJ, and the Ronald McDonald House. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Caisse Desjardins de Terrebonne.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Operations Management from Syracuse University (New York), as well as a Certificate in Real Estate from the Université du Québec à Montréal. This combination of education and experience provides her with an analytical, strategic, and value-driven approach focused on creating sustainable long-term value.
