Mike Zimmerman

Mike Zimmerman is Vice President of Asset Management at Camden Property Trust, where he oversees the Asset Management department and is responsible for Camden’s Reposition, Redevelopment, and Repurpose programs across the company’s portfolio. He also supports the facilitation and management of annual capital expenditure budgets for all Camden properties, assists with the internal organization of community acquisitions and dispositions, and supports project management for new Camden initiatives. Mike has more than 14 years of experience in Revenue Management, Operations, and Asset Management and joined Camden in 2012. He received a Master of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
