Michael Regan

Michael Regan is a Managing Director, Investments at CIM Group. He serves as the Head of Real Estate Equity and is responsible for leading CIM Group’s real estate acquisition efforts across the United States. Prior to joining CIMGroup in 2011, Mr. Regan worked in the Leveraged Finance and Debt Capital Markets groups at Citigroup. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Chandler School in Pasadena, CA and as a real estate advisor to the Pasadena Playhouse Board of Trustees.
