Matt Frank is an Associate Director at Lument, responsible for the origination and structuring of commercial mortgage loans in Arizona and the Southwest. He primarily specializes in Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae small balance loans.
Matt has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Lument legacy firm Hunt Real Estate Capital in 2017, he was a commercial loan officer with Alaska USA Federal Credit Union, where he opened the Phoenix market for the firm and helped grow their portfolio to $100 million in less than two years. He previously held commercial banking positions with Unison Bank and Union Bank. Matt has a bachelor’s in history from Arizona State University.
