Martin (Marty) Pupil joined Stream in 2018 to grow Stream’s service offerings in Southern
California. Marty focuses on expanding Stream’s real estate services platform in the
Orange County, Inland Empire, and Los Angeles markets. He is a real estate veteran,
whose visionary approach to business makes him an invaluable asset towards the growth
and acceleration of Stream’s success in Southern California.
Prior to joining Stream, Pupil worked at Colliers for the past 14 years, where he most
recently served as the National President of Brokerage Services. In this role, Pupil oversaw
regional presidents, service line leaders, market leaders and sales professionals while
expanding the Colliers platform through new business development and recruiting.
During his tenure at Colliers, Pupil also held multiple titles within the company, providing
operational oversight of the firms’ business for regions across the Western United States
