Landon Peterson brings more than 30 years of construction leadership experience to his role as Senior Vice President at Fullmer Construction, where he provides executive oversight across Project Management, safety, and field operations, partnering with senior leadership to drive KPI performance and organizational alignment.
Prior to joining Fullmer, Landon spent nearly two decades with Hillwood Construction Services, a national construction company owned by the Perot Family, most recently as Vice President and Regional Manager leading the West Coast region — overseeing more than 30 million square feet of industrial and tenant-improvement projects ranging from $5 million to over $240 million. His portfolio includes work for Amazon.com, Target, Mattel, Michelin, and Pep Boys, along with the first LEED Silver-certified industrial park in the U.S.
Landon’s career also spans roles with Hillwood Development, Panattoni Construction, and Walton Construction, giving him deep expertise in entitlements, budgeting, scheduling, and union negotiations across commercial, industrial, and multifamily construction.
