Kristopher Parent is Executive Vice President at ROSEFELLOW, a real estate development company specializing in large-scale industrial and multi-residential projects across Canada. Since its founding in 2019, ROSEFELLOW has acquired more than 31 million square feet of land and delivered 33 industrial projects, representing a total development value of $3.8 billion. Known for its sustainable and forward-thinking approach to development and design, the company is on track to deliver more than 3 million square feet of new industrial space by 2028, while continuing to expand its multi-residential portfolio.
In his role, Kristopher oversees all aspects of land acquisition, project planning, and execution. He leads engagement with private and institutional partners, tenants, and investors, while managing key relationships with municipal, provincial, and federal government stakeholders. He works to ensure that every project reflects ROSEFELLOW’s commitment to architectural excellence, long-term value creation, strong partnerships, and continuous innovation. His leadership plays an important role in driving the company’s responsible growth across both the industrial and residential sectors.
