Katelyn Girod

Katelyn Girod works on Capital One Healthcare’s Medical Office Originations team on Medical Office transactions. She joined GE Capital, now Capital One, in 2011 and during her tenure has experience originating, structuring, underwriting and managing Medical Office, Life Science and Senior Housing transactions. In her current role she has originated medical office and life science transactions totaling over $4B. She graduated from the University of Iowa, is a mom of three and resides in Newport Beach, CA.
