Jonathan Watson

Jonathan Watson is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager in the AEW’s opportunistic strategy group with responsibility for investment origination and asset management on the West Coast. Jonathan plays an integral part within the firm’s Senior Leadership Team, actively contributing to AEW’s overall strategic vision and direction. During his 17-year tenure at AEW he has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and asset management for a wide variety of commercial real estate product types. Prior to joining AEW, Jonathan was with Thomas Properties Group (NASD: TPGI), where he was involved in acquisitions, asset management, leasing and development services for a multi-million square foot office portfolio. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business (B.S.)
