Jonathan Hart

Jon Hart is a Director of Originations at Thorofare Capital. Jon has over nine years of experience in commercial real estate credit. Before joining Thorofare Capital, he served as Vice President of Originations at Madison Realty Capital, where he opened their Dallas office. Prior to that, Jon was Assistant Vice President of ACORE Capital LP, focused on sourcing, underwriting, and closing floating rate senior mortgage and mezzanine loans for multifamily, industrial, office, hotel, retail, and seniors housing properties. Jon started his career as an Analyst at Invesco Real Estate, supporting the group’s Core Real Estate portfolio valuation. He has a B.S. from The College of Charleston and an M.S. from Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, he has performed Ph.D. coursework in Finance and was a Research Assistant at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School.
