Before founding The Multifamily Group, Jon served as Executive Director of Investment Sales at Sperry Van Ness (SVN), where in 2016, he ranked as the 22nd highest-performing broker among more than 1,100 worldwide. Earlier in his career, he was a top producer with the Henry S. Miller Company in Dallas.
Jon specializes in asset valuation, marketing, property tours, and contract negotiations for multifamily property owners. He approaches each assignment with a detailed analysis and a focus on uncovering innovative strategies to maximize value for his clients.
Beyond work, Jon enjoys golf, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife, Stacie, and their three children—Bradley, Jackson, and Finley.
He earned both a BBA in Finance and an MBA from Texas Tech University, where he now serves as a guest lecturer at the Rawls College of Business and as a founding member of the Center for Real Estate Advisory Council.
