With a sharp focus on aligning design with client strategy and financial goals, Joe is known for delivering thoughtful, results-driven solutions. Over the past decade, he has played a pivotal role in expanding Kahler Slater’s multifamily residential practice into new markets, cultivating lasting partnerships with notable clients in Wisconsin, Illinois, Tennessee, Texas, and Florida.
