Joe Gambill

Joe Gambill leads Hanover’s development efforts in Southern California. Joe manages the acquisition, financing and development for all projects in the area. Previously, Joe served as Managing Director at Wood Partners for more than a decade, where he was responsible for the company’s assets in Southern California totaling over 3,500 units with a total capitalization of over $1.3B. Joe earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute in Los Angeles
