Jeroen Henrich

Jeroen Henrich is Senior Vice President of Development at Cadillac Fairview. He is responsible for the conception and execution of real estate projects in Quebec and other Canadian provinces. He has contributed to transforming the Quad Windsor sector in downtown Montreal, having worked on the three Tours Des Canadiens and Carré Windsor. He currently oversees major redevelopment projects of shopping centres such as CF Carrefour Laval in the greater Montreal area through a master planning process to create human-scale environments that offer an urban, dynamic, and connected experience. He has lived in nine countries across five continents and was educated at Oxford, Bordeaux and Rotterdam. Jeroen is originally from the Netherlands and is trilingual in Dutch, English and French.
