Jenna Unell is President of C-IV Asset Management LLC (C-IV AM), a rated special servicer based in Irving, Texas. The company provides special servicing for CMBS conduit loans, along with asset and portfolio management, surveillance, and related distressed-loan services. C-IV AM acquired Greystone Servicing Company LLC’s special servicing group on September 1, 2026. Before the acquisition, Ms. Unell led that group as Greystone’s Head of Special Servicing after joining the company through its January 2020 acquisition of C-III Asset Management. She previously served as General Counsel of C-III Asset Management LLC, which acquired the servicing group from Centerline Capital Group in 2010, and had been Centerline’s Assistant General Counsel since 2003. For more than 20 years, Ms. Unell has held executive leadership roles in special servicing at C-IV, Greystone, C-III, and their predecessor organizations. Earlier in her career, she practiced real estate and real estate finance law in the Real Estate section of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in Dallas.
Ms. Unell received her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University School of Law where she served on the Board of Editors of the Southwestern Law Journal in the capacity of Texas Survey Editor. Ms. Unell is a former Chairman of the Dallas Bar Association Real Property Section. She is also a member of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys where she is past Co-Chair of the Program Committee and is a member of the Board of Regents. In addition, Jenna is a member of CREFC and past Co‐Chair of the Professional Development Committee of the CREFC Women’s Network.
