Jason Campbell is a Director on the Originations team at Thorofare Capital, where he is responsible for sourcing, screening, structuring, and underwriting commercial real estate debt opportunities throughout the Northeast region. In his role, Jason works closely with borrowers, brokers, and capital markets participants to originate, analyze, and close real estate capital transactions.
Prior to joining Thorofare Capital in 2024, Jason worked at Iron Hound Management, where he focused on the underwriting, analysis, and execution of loan restructurings, workouts, and debt and equity placements across the United States. Earlier in his career, he held commercial real estate finance roles at Bayview Asset Management and Fitch Ratings. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
