Currently serving as Vice President of Residential Operations & Asset Management at Dream, Hero leads the national multi-family portfolio, ensuring its strategic growth and optimization.
Prior to joining Dream, Hero held key leadership roles, most recently as the Director of Operations at Hazelview Properties. In this capacity, Hero orchestrated numerous substantial acquisitions and adeptly stabilized the portfolio, overseeing a vast expanse of over 6,000 suites within the Greater Toronto Area. Additionally, Hero’s influence extended to co-chairing the DEI Committee at Hazelview, underscoring her commitment to fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the corporate landscape.
