Heather Brady is an accomplished sales executive with more than fifteen years of success building, leading, and developing high-performing teams within the Canadian technology and commercial real estate industries. She currently serves as National Director, Sales at Yardi Canada, a leading provider of AI-enabled real estate software solutions for property management, asset management, investment management, and related real estate operations.
In her role, Heather partners with clients across Canada to support strategic technology decisions, strengthen long-term client relationships, and drive growth and market expansion. She is recognized for helping real estate organizations modernize operations through enterprise technology, data-driven decision making, and innovation.
Prior to joining Yardi, Heather was Director, Sales at Rogers Communications, where she led the sales organization through one of the largest planned software implementations in the company’s history and played a leadership role in the integration of the Rogers and Sprint Canada sales organizations.
Heather is an active member of Toronto CREW, ICSC, CFAA, and FRPO, and is a frequent contributor to industry discussions focused on technology transformation, operational excellence, and the future of commercial real estate in Canada.
