Hailey Ghalib serves as Senior Managing Director and Head of Housing Investment and Development for Affinius Capital. She is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Hailey leads Affinius’ multifamily, mixed-use and senior housing business and runs its ground-up development program for housing. In this role since 2007, Hailey has influenced the company’s housing investment strategy and has led sourcing, negotiating and executing Affinius’ ground up development investments in addition to directing several portfolio transactions. During Hailey’s tenure, the firm developed, acquired or sold more than 33,000 housing units. She was responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams through the successful formation and launch of several dedicated housing funds and investment programs. Hailey is the portfolio manager for Affinius Housing Platform, the company’s flagship fund for investing in rental housing. Hailey has 30 years of industry experience with a passion for creating housing.
Hailey received a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin; a Master of Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley; and Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston. She is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and a member of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC). Hailey is a licensed Architect in the State of Texas and holds the Charter of Alternative Investment Analysts (CAIA) designation.
Her recent recognitions include Dealmaker of the Year by Connect CRE and AB100 (2025), GlobeSt’s Women of Influence (2024), and Bisnow’s 2026 San Antonio Women Leading Real Estate. She serves as a member of the GlobeSt. Multifamily Advisory Board.
