Her experience spans CMHC-insured term and construction financing, conventional lending and structured financing solutions across multiple asset classes.
An active member of the Canadian commercial real estate industry, Florence co-chaired the 2026 Québec Apartment Investment Conference and has been recognized by the Canadian Women in Real Estate Awards, the Outstanding Young Leaders in Canadian Real Estate Awards and Canadian Mortgage Professional’s Top 50 Women of Influence.
