Felix M. Gutnikov

Felix M. Gutnikov is a Principal of Thorofare Capital and serves as the Head of Originations. He joined the firm in January 2012, sits as a voting member on the Investment Committee for the firm’s discretionary fund series as well as its institutional joint ventures and separate accounts. Felix has 12 years of industry experience and over $2 billion of financing transactions closed across eight investment vehicles. Felix plays a primary role in the sourcing, structuring, and pricing of new loan originations from the firm’s Los Angeles office, and directs capital markets syndications through co-lending, participations, and senior/subordinate arrangements. Felix is a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and is a licensed Salesperson with the California Bureau of Real Estate.
